Some orders are shipped the same day via USPS Priority if they were placed before 3:00 pm Eastern Time.
Most of our customers normally receive their order in just 2-3 days after orders are made. We provide Tracking Information on all orders to monitor delivery status.

- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days.
- Remember, the cost of shipping and insurance will be deducted from your total refund.
- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN or restocking fee of 15% will be charged.
- THE WATCH CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF THE ITEM HAS NEVER BEEN WORN.We only sell BRAND new watches. It is impossible to wear a watch, even for a short time and not get it scratched or blemished. PLEASE understand that we can not accept a return if it is not in the EXACT same condition as we shipped to you. RE SIZED or MODIFIED watches with links removed will not be eligible for returns.
- Charges for shipping, gift wrapping, rush processing, shipping insurance, and extra watch band links are not refundable.
