Shipping Information

We normally ship within 1-3 business days after an order is placed unless otherwise stated.

Some orders are shipped the same day via USPS Priority if they were placed before 3:00 pm Eastern Time.

Most of our customers normally receive their order in just 2-3 days after orders are made. We provide Tracking Information on all orders to monitor delivery status.

You can view the current Order status and Shipment status of your order, by clicking the URL in the email sent to you. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email please contact us as soon as possible.

Return Policy 

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days.

• Remember, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

• All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN or restocking fee will be charged.
  

Warranty- Invicta timepieces are backed by a comprehensive 1 year limited warranty. You can also purchase the Invicta Platinum Plan extended 4-year warranty for a total of 5-years.
