No date or other functions but it makes up for that with its unique movement. Water resistant to 100 meters. Illuminated hands and hour markings. It is an automatic movement made in China by PTS Resources Limited. If you go to their web site and download their catalog the movement is listed in the catalog. Watchalyzer states "the movement is not very accurate" but this is overcome by cool factor. I love this watch. I have only had it for a week. Hopefully I will love it for years to come.
